#### Built for Media

GatherBoard was built with media businesses like yours in mind.  With one of our event calendars, you can:

\- Become your community's hub for news and events.
\- Leverage your existing ad network.
\- Increase your web traffic and relevance.
\- Extend community involvement with public event submissions.
\- Expand your mobile reach.

To see what a media-run event calendar looks like, you can visit the calendar for the Pueblo Chieftain, a daily newspaper serving Pueblo, Colorado.  In light of the increasing shift toward online media, the Chieftain decided to start an online event calendar to complement their existing print calendar.  This proved to be a smart move, and their event calendar now serves as a hub for community members to connect and stay updated on all the latest events.  Check it out [here](https://www.puebloevents.net/).
